farms like Davis ranch in Sloughouse bring us amazing corn,
asparagus, beets, and just about everything else. Del Rio
Botanicals bring us organic brazing greens and specialty items
that are truly unique. Michael the Italian mushroom guy delivers
the most exotic and flavorful Italian items weekly ranging from
authentic buffalo mozzarella, the greatest mushrooms in the
world, to summer truffles and Tartuffe. John Paul Koury,
corporate chef at preferred meats works with us weekly providing
the best KBK cuts of meat, organic Mary's chickens from
Fresno,
and Estancia certified beef from Uruguay.
